I am Alex Greenshpun, an AI strategist, educator, and builder. I spent 15+ years leading B2B tech marketing before AI became my day job. Now I help people and teams use AI with more judgment, less noise, and systems they can actually rely on, and I build the tools I wish existed when I started.
Most teams do not have an AI problem so much as a follow-through problem: a handful of promising experiments that never turn into how the work actually gets done. My focus is closing that gap, turning scattered AI experiments into dependable, day-to-day workflows a team can keep running without me in the room.
10x Company
I am co-founder of 10x Company, an AI marketing consultancy. We help marketing and go-to-market teams turn AI into day-to-day ways of working: we teach the skills, redesign the workflows, and help teams build durable systems they can keep using on their own. We also co-run 10x Marketers, a 2,000-member community for people learning what actually works with AI in practice.
