This is the privacy policy for the website at alexgreenshpun.com. The site is a simple personal and portfolio site. It has no accounts, no login, no forms, and no shopping cart, so it collects almost nothing about you. This page explains the little it does touch and why.

What the site does not do

The site does not ask you for your name, email, or any personal details. There are no contact forms and no newsletter sign-up on the site itself. It does not set advertising cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not sell or share personal data, because it does not collect it.

Analytics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It is a privacy-first analytics tool: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. The measurements are aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical information a browser sends with every request, such as your IP address and user agent, in order to deliver the page and to protect the site from abuse. This is standard server operation and is handled under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

Third-party content

• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
• Videos in the media section load only after you click play, and they use YouTube's privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) player.
• GitHub star counts shown on project cards are fetched from GitHub's public API when the page loads.

When you interact with these, the relevant provider may receive your IP address and standard request information under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Because the site sets no tracking cookies and collects no personal data, there is nothing to opt out of or delete. If you email me, I will have whatever you choose to put in that email, and I will use it only to reply to you.
